Addie McHale, is a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) and owner of Moneyfull, LLC. She is led by her belief that financial planning is not just for the affluent, but for those of us that want to build wealth. After working for a Fortune 100 company and preparing thousands of financial plans for people from all walks of life nationwide, Addie learned one important lesson: It’s not how much you make, but what you make of it.

Addie started Moneyfull for two important reasons: She witnessed too many retirement disasters in retirement — when it’s too late to do much about it. Most importantly, she is motivated to support women in their working years in building wealth and making smart decisions now.

How did she get here? While still searching for her calling Addie knew she had an aptitude for numbers and so graduated from the University of Vermont with a business degree. Although corporate finance bored her to tears, she found herself  becoming the money matters go-to person amongst her family and friends. This helped her discover her true passion: personal finance. Addie then became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. She's also prepared dozens of tax returns for clients, and is a licensed health and life insurance broker in the state of Colorado and Montana.

In addition to her corporate experience, Addie honed her skills with several small planning firms in Colorado, where she learned another big lesson: there is often an emotional underbelly to money matters that can sabotage the best intentions. She is a Kinder Institute Life Planning Professional, as well as being a Money Quotient Financial Life Planner® — training that has broadened her knowledge of the emotional aspects of money. With a fierce commitment to bringing trustworthiness and integrity to her industry, Addie's motto is to leave things better than you found them.

She's taken this motto beyond the financial world and renovated three buildings inside and out and spent years on a planning board to protect her-then small historic town from cookie-cutter development. You can find Addie picking up litter or making a garden in her alley. She just can't help it, it's her nature to improve things while helping others, and she loves every minute of it.
